Contracts Administrator - EveryOne

We focus on the specific requirements of this sector supporting our clients, Government, Community Housing Providers, Not for Profit Organisations, Impact Investors and Developers to address the needs of disadvantaged people across Australia.

Our team works across NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. We manage all aspects of our clients housing delivery requirements, from site analysis and feasibility to planning approvals, demolitions, civil works and of course housing construction.

You will work closely and be the conduit between our clients Project Managers, our Operations team and our build team. You will maintain the workflow and report on the status of every project ensuring it is running smoothly.
Reporting to the Project Management and Operations Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a conduit between Development and the Workflow teams
  • Ensure all Contract documentation contains all relevant details
  • Preparing monthly and fortnightly reports on the status of major projects
  • Seeking approvals from authorities to reach ACC / site start
  • Coordinating invoicing with Finance monthly
  • Understanding and preparing the contracts to ensure all relevant details are included
  • Ensuring all paperwork is documented and maintained
  • Ensuring we meet and adhere to our contractual obligations, including variations and Extension of times where required.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in building contracts and sales administration
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process
  • Prior experience in managing building contracts and workflows
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to clearly identify needs of the national team and generate solutions
  • Experience in MS Project or equivalent is preferred
  • Intermediate MS Office, Acrobat computer skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
