Production Estimator - Town Living

Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Continued focus on obtaining the best possible value (price vs. quality) in materials specified and used
  • Quantifying, Estimating and Issuing orders in Conjunction with Documentation provided
  • Ensure all site files contain clear and accurate information and that they are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with the predetermined schedule
  • Implement effective cost control measures into the master BOQ’s and ensure accurate and complete Bills of Quantities are maintained
  • Maintain a sufficient level of labour and material contractors and suppliers to undertake budgeted works within the required timeframes; and
  • Promote a customer first culture and ensure internal customer expectations are met.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years Production Estimating experience within Residential &/or Medium Density
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of the construction process
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, planning and organisation skills; and
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
