HR Graduate - People & Business Improvement

As the HR Graduate, this Maximum Term 12 months role is to provide administrative support and co-ordination of various activities and projects in relation to People Advisory, Training and Recruitment functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused recent Graduate looking to take the first step into a HR career with key focus on HR operational support, recruitment and training coordination.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide administrative support and co-ordination of various activities and projects in relation to People Advisory functions
  • Preparation of org charts, reports, presentations and other documentation
  • Assist in implementing people engagement activities
  • Assist in coordinating and implementation of assigned projects
  • Communicate and liaise with stakeholders regarding status of project implementation; and
  • Provide support to the recruitment function and assist with training coordination.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (degree level as a minimum) in HR management, IR / ER, psychology or related business discipline
  • Some exposure to internal recruitment would be an advantage but not a requirement
  • Exposure to and having a working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems is desirable but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in MS Office (to intermediate level as a minimum) including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all HR matters
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities;
  • Experience in working in a fast paced, volume oriented, precision focused support role within a professional team / organisation; and
