Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) - Greenfields

Work within the busy Home & Land Greenfields Freedom and Designer Customers Pre-Site Customer Support team and hold the hand of our customers through the pre build process and work with Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits to get them to site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively managing up to 50+ customer pre-site files in the Home & Land Greenfields Freedom and Designer Customers
  • Support our customers through the pre-site phase and ensure consistent communication and customers understanding of the journey
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details; and
  • Ensure customers are proactively communicated to within nominated timeframes.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Some experience in a pre-site customer service role is required
  • Be able to interpret building plans and contracts
  • A positive attitude and team player disposition
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have an administrative or customer service focused background;
