Finance Coordinator - Greenfields

Work within our Greenfields Operations Pre-Site Team based in our Mount Waverley Head Office. Manage the customer files and foster relationships with the finance providers to achieve finance approval. You think ahead and have the experience to provide solutions.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and foster strategic relationships with banks, mortgage brokers and other finance providers to ensure our Customers receive approvals
  • Work with these finance providers and customers to ensure finance approval is achieved to the desired KPI
  • Prioritise pending finance approvals based on projected site start date
  • Keep forecast dates up to date
  • Provide formal approval to the customer support team prior to building permit application
  • Identify, solutions for customers experiencing difficulties in arranging finance approval
  • Achieve the monthly budgets for approvals
  • Streamline the Finance Approval Process; and
  • Ensure that appropriate customer service strategies are developed and implemented.
