Service & Warranty Site Manager - Shepparton

Fantastic Opportunity for a customer focused and experienced Service and Warranty Site Manager to join our Regional North VIC Building team based out of the Shepparton office to cover the greater Goulburn Valley and district. Applicants must reside in Shepparton / Benella / Nagambie / Tatura.
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely mannerEnsure on-site works are undertaken to both Metricon and current industry standardsAttend required department office day, as well as playing an active part of team developmentProgress efficiently through both the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home; and Up to date recording were required with all reports.

The successful candidate will have:
A trade background in the construction industry would be an advantageExperience in a customer service/contact role is requiredExperience in the building industry (preferable in the volume new home environment)Cert IV in Building is highly regardedThe ability to manage self and others in a time critical environment is of utmost importanceWorking knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
