Building Support Coordinator - New South Wales

This is a highly rewarding and challenging role working with our Building Support team in supporting our Site Managers through the customer's Metricon build.
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are fully aware of the status of their home during the building process;
  • Providing the necessary communication link between Metricon customers and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution;
  • Maintaining data entry and report compilation; and
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to deal confidently with customers.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment;
  • Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded, however not essential as full training will be provided;
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities and achieve deadlines in a timely fashion;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems;
  • Professional and effective interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken within a dynamic environment.
