This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Victorian Operations Retail Systems Estimating team.

Reporting to the Retail Systems Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Establish retail prices in accordance with company margin and cost schedules

Establish contract wording for all options

Co-ordinate and contribute to the operational and production process for all options

Develop and document business requirements with stakeholders and develop systems to support agreed requirements

Define system requirements and liaise with Software Development department (IT) to implement

Co-ordinate acceptance testing

Ensure all retail upgrade options have a mini-bill produced via ordering system tools, ordering method of measure and/or ordering process

Ensure all retail upgrade options have a direct build cost available in ordering and/or retail system; and

Provide support and liaise with relevant departments

The successful candidate will have:

Appropriate qualifications in the building/ estimating

3 Years’ or greater experience within Building Industry preferred, but not essential

Knowledge of the Sales, Workflow and Construction processes

Working knowledge of the Building Code and regulations

Intermediate computer skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and

A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
