Building Support Coordinator - Greenfields

Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building processEffectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Metricon clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolutionMaintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentationCreating workflow, completing tasks as they ariseProvide all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated Building InspectorConfirm with Site Manager that inspections are complete in order to achieve occupancy permitsCoordinate the installation of gas line/ meter with authority using CPT reportsCoordinate electricity disconnection with service provider upon settlementEnsure all the information kept in the database is correct and up to date (client details)Completing and managing data entry and report compilation; andMaintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focusProven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environmentHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activitiesWorking knowledge of the building and construction process is advantageous;Highly developed interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills; andSome experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
