Site Manager - Regional Gippsland

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients through the build stage of the project
  • Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
  • Maximising site production by ensuring subcontract trade availability
  • Scheduling and meeting trades on site
  • Liaise with clients and proactively resolve build issues
  • Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices
  • Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount
  • Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • A trades background in carpentry or similar is preferred
  • Current experience as a Site Manager within the residential building or construction industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
  • Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades
  • A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Well versed in new homes contracts
  • The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines and
  • Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
