Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Be the primary point of contact for clients through the build stage of the project

Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process

Maximising site production by ensuring subcontract trade availability

Scheduling and meeting trades on site

Liaise with clients and proactively resolve build issues

Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures

Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices

Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount

Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard

The successful candidate will have:

A trades background in carpentry or similar is preferred

Current experience as a Site Manager within the residential building or construction industry preferred

Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems

Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades

A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

Well versed in new homes contracts

The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines and

Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.

This role requires a national police check and medical check to be undertaken.
