Site Manager - Regional Gippsland

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Be the primary point of contact for clients through the build stage of the projectManaging the overall site performance of our home construction processMaximising site production by ensuring subcontract trade availabilityScheduling and meeting trades on siteLiaise with clients and proactively resolve build issuesContinuously reviewing building practices and proceduresEnsuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practicesFostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramountEnsure build qualities are to the highest standard

The successful candidate will have:
A trades background in carpentry or similar is preferredCurrent experience as a Site Manager within the residential building or construction industry preferredStrong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systemsExperience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with tradesA customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skillsWell versed in new homes contractsThe ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines andImplement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
This role requires a national police check and medical check to be undertaken.
