This role is literally like you are running your own business. We require strong, customer focused New Home Advisors to literally hit the ground running. Based in our beautifully presented Shepparton Freedom and Designer Display homes, you can show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center
  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
  • Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; and
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
  • You will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
  • Well developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
