This role is like you are running your own business. ABC Homes is enjoying strong growth, and we require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in one of our beautifully presented display homes, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door.
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
  • Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers

  • Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential
