Sales Manager - Greenfields

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Achieving sales targets for the core Metricon Brands within the designated region
  • Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while coaching the team to support Metricon’s growth and dominance in the industry within its identified markets
  • Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for sales & supporting activities
  • Complete reporting as per business requirements
  • Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff; and
  • Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in Residential New Home Sales (or allied industries/roles)
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager desirable
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new opportunities
  • A proven track record in leading, training and coaching staff
  • Experience in implementing business strategies and achieving targets; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
