This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Victorian Metro Building Support Team as the point of Contact for customer queries and issue resolution.
Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • A point of Contact for customer queries and issue resolution
  • Management of customer issues and queries
  • Manage and follow escalation and other key business processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer issues and queries; and
  • Assistance in the preparation and management of legal matters pertaining to Customer raised issues including attendance and presentation of matters before Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in Customer Management, complaint handling/issue resolution (preferable)
  • Residential Construction Industry / Product knowledge (preferable)
  • Understanding of Metricon processes and strategic pillars (preferable)
  • High level customer service / experience skills
  • Computer literacy skills – (Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office); and
  • Understanding of Sales / Operations / Building processes.
