Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) - Greenfields


Calling all Residential Pre-Site Customer Support…ONCE IN A LIFETIME FASTRACK CUSTOMER SPECIALIST ROLE!

Based in our Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our New Fasttrack business unit customers through their pre build process. You will also work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, and Studio M to get them to site and do a handover with the build team.

We’ll fastrack their pre-site stage and have our building team onsite at their block of land within 16 weeks from their initial deposit if they qualify for certain criteria.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Gather and lodge the permits to the council for the customer
  • Continuously providing updates to your customers
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details
  • Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation
  • Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; and
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working within an account management or customer management focused role within residential building
  • Not afraid to jump on the phone to address anything
  • Experience in understanding residential construction contracts and plans an advantage or come from a supplier servicing
  • Proven experience in being a member of a successful, dynamic, multi-channel and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellence
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standards
  • Ability to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and employees;
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills; and
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
