Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria!! Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office.

Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goals

Presenting detailed information around property investment principles

Creating and implementing a tailored investment strategy

Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations

Presenting property investment options and completing contracts

Working with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; and

Provide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industry

A general understating of property investment principles.

Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach

The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team

The ability to work flexible hours

Finance knowledge would be highly regarded

Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and

Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
