Broad Finance Administration role - with responsibilities spanning many duties to build your financial administrator career whilst working and representing such an Iconic Brand!!!
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Contract set up such as daily NHOF and deposit receipts
  • Process deposit invoices
  • Apply deposits received to correct invoice / contracts
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Paperwork Follow up from sales consultants / managers
  • Prepare and submit the weekly report to your Manager of any trends or problems
  • Maintain deposit matrix spreadsheet
  • Backup for Cancellation Process
  • Backup for Customer Refund
  • Processing Staff Discounts and maintain the inbox and payment paperwork
  • Processing the finalisations of the construction job
  • Assist with audit requirements; and
  • Ad hoc projects from your Manager

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a finance administrative role where you are managing multiple tasks at once
  • Ideal role for a Finance Administrator to learn from the ground up!
  • Proven ability to work with volume & in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Intermediate Excel and exposure working with database systems
  • High attention to detail and efficiency is essential
  • Ability to manage repetitious work
  • Accurate data entry, allocation and reporting skills
  • Ability to meet set deadlines with a high quality standard of work; and
  • Must be well organized, a strong multi tasker who thrives in a fast pace and high volume environment.
