Based in our Mount Waverley Office, this newly created 3 month contract with view to permanency role will see you contact an existing nurture database and new inquiries, mainly web leads and pre-qualify to enable a warm transfer to our Internal Sales team and make outbound sales calls to existing Metricon customers.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Make outbound telephone calls & initial contact with new inquiry in a timely manner

Basic pre-qualifying and then warm transfer to the appropriate New Home Advisor

Use your Sales CRM system to update and maintain as per business rules; and

Make outbound phone calls to nurture the database in an attempt to move along the sales pipeline and warm transfers to a New Home Advisor in the sales team.

The successful candidate will have:

Strong communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette

Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly

Highly organised  ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities

Working knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantage

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service

Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment; and

Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills
