We require highly-motivated, customer-obsessed professionals to hit the ground running. Based out of one of our attractive display homes - you can show off our compelling products to any customer that walks in the door!
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centerGreet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selectionsProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budgetEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframesCollaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentationManage client expectations and be a trusted advisorSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial quote onwards

The successful candidate will have:
Saturdays & Sundays a mustPositive, can do attitude with a need to winResidential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essentialA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesExceptional networking and customer service skillsYou will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and servicesWell developed organisational and client management capabilities; andExperience working with a range of IT applications and software.
Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations in Melbourne when required
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
