We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Marketing Manager who will work across an attractive, class-leading product portfolio, from our Mount Waverley Head Office, responsible for the creation and implementation of targeted marketing activity to drive demand and opportunity.

Drive the planning, management and implementation of marketing programs within designated business units and sub-brands of this iconic Australian brand.

Reporting to the Victorian Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manage and implement cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns

Develop and produce high quality supporting marketing collateral and materials reflective of the project brand(s) and marketing strategy

Management of media and creative agencies to implement and execute all campaigns

Manage the branding and opening of new displays across Victoria within your brand(s)/ business unit

Regularly engage with the Sales Manager and consultants for promotional, marketing and sales feedback to meet their future needs and respond appropriately with marketing tactics; and

Contribute ideas that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of projects, and the business generally.

The successful candidate will have:

Tertiary marketing or business/commerce qualification

Five years experience within a relevant marketing role

Construction/property experience desirable but not essential

Proven track record in marketing strategy and campaigns

Sound people management skills, capable of leading a small professional workforce by focusing on agreed objectives to maximise performance

Sound commercial acumen and experience in measuring and reporting on ROI; and

Energetic, pro-active, autonomous with attention to detail.
