Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) - South Australia

Based in our fun, family environment Parkside Office, work within the busy South Australian Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our customers through their pre build process and be the main point of contact for the customer whilst partnering with Drafting, Estimating, Studio and Permits to get them to site. You'll be provided with on-the-job training and mentoring from some of the best professionals in the industry to support you and set you up for successful long standing career with us at Metricon.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction processDeliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationshipsContinuously providing updates to your customersMaintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project detailsLiaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when requiredEnsuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilationConsistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; andAssist with all Customer Support related tasks.

The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience within a Customer Service & Administrative capacityBe told you Deliver the Best Customer ExperienceAble to read plans and knowledge of contractsExperience in the building industryExperience working in a time critical working environmentAbility to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholdersHighly developed interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using a database systems is an added advantage; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
