Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) - South Australia

Based in our fun, family environment Parkside Office, work within the busy South Australian Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our customers through their pre build process and be the main point of contact for the customer whilst partnering with Drafting, Estimating, Studio and Permits to get them to site. You'll be provided with on-the-job training and mentoring from some of the best professionals in the industry to support you and set you up for successful long standing career with us at Metricon.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Continuously providing updates to your customers
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details
  • Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation
  • Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; and
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience within a Customer Service & Administrative capacity
  • Be told you Deliver the Best Customer Experience
  • Able to read plans and knowledge of contracts
  • Experience in the building industry
  • Experience working in a time critical working environment
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using a database systems is an added advantage; and
