We are looking to appoint a highly skilled communicator to build rapport with prospects and complement our experienced and goal driven property investment team in this 12 Month Maximum Term Full Time Role in initially based in our Stylish & State of the Art Robina Office.
Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Scheduling: Qualify leads and book with Property Investment Advisors, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system.
  • Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, and cancellations.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.
  • Team Work: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette
  • A general understanding of property investment principles an advantage
  • Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantage
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
  • Finance knowledge would be highly regarded such as property investment background
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
