Sales and Brand Manager - Greenfields

• Oversee a driven and hungry sales team selling award winning beautiful homes to Australian families, for Australia’s Largest home builder 9 consecutive years
• Based out of our Mt Waverley head office and out on the road.
We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a results driven sales management professional - to lead Sales for core Metricon brands Home Solution & Town Living.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
Achieving sales targets for core Metricon brands - Home Solution & Town LivingOperate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support growth and key brands in the industry within identified marketsAchieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and contract signingsComplete reporting as per business requirementsManage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staffReport promptly on all competitor activity and implement appropriate actions to support sales strategies; andImplement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team

The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate preferredSignificant experience in managing a full P&LExperience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIsA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesA proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforceAbility to implement continuous improvement within identified markeAn Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; andA Great Attitude!!!
