We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to literally hit the ground running, based in our stylish Leneva (WODONGA) Display Centre. You can show off our Langdon 32 Freedom Range (Nordic facade) that has a Walk in Pantry, Master at the Rear and an entertainers dream Outdoor Room.
Incredible opportunity to show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our award winning designs and facades to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must. Displays are open 11am till 5pm.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centerGreet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingenciesProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budgetEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframesCollaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentationManage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; andSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

The successful candidate will have:
Positive, can do attitude with a need to winResidential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essentialA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesExceptional networking and customer service skillsYou will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and servicesWell developed organisational and client management capabilities; andExperience working with a range of IT applications and software.
