Based in our vibrant Robina Office on the Gold Coast, you'll work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting your Metricon customers through their pre build process. You will work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, and Permits to get them to site.
Reporting to the Pre Site Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction processDeliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationshipsContinuously providing updates to your customersMaintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project detailsLiaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when requiredEnsuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilationConsistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; andAssist with all Customer Support related tasks.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience working within a project management or customer focused roleAbility to manage a portfolio of customers at different stages through the pre-construction journeyProven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellenceProven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standardsHighly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customersFostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer serviceAbility to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and team memberIntermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills; andHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
