12 Month Maximum Term Full Time role
Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm located in our Parkside Studio M / Office, manage our front of house reception desk. Our Receptionist is the first point of contact with the public, as such it is essential that you are pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse consumer group while maintaining confidentiality.
You will be a well presented professional with outstanding customer service and administration skills. You will be a flexible office all-rounder who enjoys working in a busy environment, adding value and contributing to making a meaningful difference to the lives of anyone walking in the door to the Parkside Office .
Reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Enhance the overall customer experience for current and potential Metricon customersEnsure that each customer/visitor (in person or via telephone) is welcomed warmly, cheerfully and professionally with minimal delayCoordinating appointment bookings between customers and suppliers.Offering exceptional hospitality as customers navigate their exciting selection process during studio appointments.Ensure the entire reception area is kept clean, tidy and uncluttered at all timesMaintain adequate knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers and other callersArrange hospitality requirements for meetings; andAssist with any overflow work as needed from various departments as agreed with your Manager.

The successful candidate will have:
Reception and administration experience is essential, preferably within the building industryA professional image and demonstrated customer service skillsetCompetency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, computer skills and exposure to working with telephone systemsThe ability to work with autonomously with minimal supervision; andHigh level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
