We are currently seeking a driven and attention-to-detail focused individual to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Permits, Covenants and Contracts Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with relevant Councils to arrange the prompt lodgment of plans and necessary building approvals to enable the construction process to commence in a timely manner
  • Assisting with land compliance assessments
  • Make sure all administration procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Liaising with external service providers and internal departments
  • Preparation of permit documentation for the building process

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Technical building industry experience preferred - ideally in permits
  • A sound understanding of Local Council and Consent Authority approvals process
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for customer service
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities and
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
