We are currently seeking a driven and attention-to-detail focused individual to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Permits, Covenants and Contracts Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Prepare documentation and liaise with relevant Councils to arrange the prompt lodgment of plans and necessary building approvals to enable the construction process to commence in a timely mannerAssisting with land compliance assessmentsMake sure all administration procedures and policies are adhered toLiaising with external service providers and internal departmentsPreparation of permit documentation for the building process

The successful candidate will have:
Technical building industry experience preferred - ideally in permitsA sound understanding of Local Council and Consent Authority approvals process Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectationsEnthusiasm and a passion for customer serviceStrong administrative skillsOutstanding organisational and time management capabilities andThe ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
