We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor, based in our newest ORAN PARK Display Centre. Sitting on a massive land bank of lots & estates. Days off Tuesday / Wednesday or Thursday /Friday.

Incredible opportunity to show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
  • Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
  • Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
  • Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
  • Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
  • Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
