This is a challenging and exciting role to work with our Service & Warranty Team as a Service & Warranty Inspector. The successful candidate will be inspecting sites within the WIDE BAY AND SURROUNDING AREAS!
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Complete Service & Warranty Inspections as per standard procedures and processQualify defects, disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with cost estimateComplete Ad hoc Site Inspections for active jobsProviding written assessments on all inspectionsContinuously reviewing building practices and procedures; andFostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have:
Completion of relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma or of Trade Qualified backgroundExperience in the Building/Construction Industry (preferably within the Volume New Home environment)Strong project management skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, WHS regulations and QA systemsA Customer Focus, Exceptional Communication and Conflict Resolution skills; andCompetent using MS Office suite & confident at using IT systems and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
