We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor, based in a brand new stylish KILMORE Display Centre opening in the future. Sitting on a massive land bank of lots & estates. Days off Tues & Wed.
Incredible opportunity to show off our great design and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contractManaging both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumesDelivering standout customer service — balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customersBuilding strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partnersManaging the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; andTaking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the surrounding region.

We have a new display coming up for you to show off our designs and products. You must have the ability to complete initial training and onboarding in one of our existing regional centres ready for opening. This Kilmore display will be our (Freedom) Amira 25S Summit façade.
