Brand Manager - Marketing

Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead execution for three distinct brands in our value-focused and investment portfolio: Australian Building Company, Invest by Metricon, and HomeSolution by Metricon.


This role is perfect for a marketer who can switch between brand personalities with ease, delivering campaigns that are compelling, relevant, and results-driven. You’ll lead the marketing and advertising journey from concept to market, delivering standout activity across digital, print and in-person channels. Working with a high-performing team, you’ll bring ideas to life and drive brand growth where it matters most.
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Own the execution of brand strategies across three distinct brand identities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and impact
  • Partner with the Senior Creative to develop campaign messaging, creative direction and brand storytelling that resonate with target audiences
  • Lead high-impact campaigns across digital, print, retail, and in-person channels that inspire, connect, and convert
  • Deliver campaigns and initiatives that directly drive qualified leads, website traffic, and display home visits
  • Champion each brand at every stage, from creative concept to flawless execution, driving engagement and results
  • Oversee content and collateral tailored to audience needs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and consistency
  • Monitor and refine advertising messages, media mix, and spend allocation to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI; and
  • Proactively track campaign and brand performance, using insights to refine and optimise activity for even greater impact.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands with distinct audiences
  • Strong campaign planning and delivery skills, with a record of driving measurable results
  • Detail-oriented, commercially astute, and committed to brand excellence; and
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
