Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) - Shepparton

Based in our fun, family environment Shepparton Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our customers through their pre build process. You will work closely with Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits to get them to site.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage your customer expectations and ensure they’re kept up to date on the status of their home during the pre-construction process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships all while giving them a great customer experience
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details on database we can train you on
  • Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation; and
  • Assist with all customer support related tasks.

  • You don’t need to come from a construction background as our onboarding will teach you everything you need to know
  • Experience working within account management or customer management focused role
  • Confident in building rapport and trust with a wide range of customers
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, manage the customers and give them the best customer experience; and
  • Be organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
