We’re seeking a motivated New Home Advisor (Mobile) to join our high-performing Brisbane West team, with this specific position and region known for producing top-tier results, including multiple ‘Salesperson of the Year’ awards. Land access is the key to sales in the current market, and Brisbane West has the largest pipeline to fuel new home sales through Springfield, Ripley Valley, Greenbank, Yarrabilba and Greater Flagstone PDAs.

Based in displays, but flexible between location. Thursday - Monday 8:30am-5pm

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Managing high-volume digital enquiry and following up leads with urgency and care
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding contract targets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-building journey; and
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including land agents, developers, brokers, and local influencers.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven sales success (new home sales experience highly regarded)
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for performance
  • Professional and proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
  • Strong time management and CRM discipline
  • Confidence using a variety of digital tools and sales systems; and
  • A can-do attitude and team-first mindset.
