Create, refine and elevate design that brings Australia’s most aspirational home builder brand to life. We’re looking for a detail-driven, creatively sharp Graphic Designer to join our high-performing Marketing team in Queensland based in our Robina (Gold Coast) Office.
This role is about bringing creative problem solving to the fundamentals brilliantly: applying smart layout, structured thinking, and design excellence across brochures, signage, POS, display home materials, digital assets, and internal communications. You’ll work across multiple touchpoints, and multiple brands, for one of Australia’s most recognised names in residential building. Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Deliver polished, brand-aligned graphic design across print, press, digital, signage, POS and moreTranslate briefs into high-quality creative with minimal revision and a clear understanding of business needsManage large-format and high-volume collateral with attention to structure, logic and usabilityCreate design solutions that reflect best-practice for the channel, platform or customer experienceCollaborate with the Senior Creative, Marketing Team and broader businessWork with printers, signage vendors and other suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy at every stage; andParticipate in process improvements, internal team development and cross-functional projects.

You’ll be confident juggling multiple tasks and timelines and thrive in a culture that values excellence.A technical, structured thinker with sharp layout and formatting skillsAn excellent visual communicator who can take a brief and execute it with clarity, quality and consistencySomeone who enjoys refining and improving existing templates, tools and processes, not just reinventingHappy working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive teamProactive and reliable, with pride in your craft and ownership of your filesMin 3 years in a professional graphic design role, ideally in a marketing or in-house brand teamAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePointDemonstrated experience managing high-volume, structured documentsUnderstanding of signage, print production and digital artwork requirementsStrong communication and time management skillsFormal qualifications in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
