Drive your own Sales in this Highly Rewarding Role with the Australian Building Company (ABC Homes). Based in our stunning Worongary Display - at Skyridge Estate. Saturday to Wednesday role - Standard Hours. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations if required. Weekend work is essential.

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutionsManaging high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targetsProviding customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsDeveloping and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providersGenerating referral sales from existing customers and your own network. Updating and maintaining sales dataContinuously learning new products and land availabilityProducing home & land packages; andEffective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home.

The successful candidate will have:
Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essentialUnwavering motivation and commitmentFlexible approach to work hours, which will include weekend work requirementsAble to build rapport and trustAble to meet all KPIsA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesExceptional industry networking & customer service skillsYou will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and servicesWell developed organisational and client management capabilitiesExperience working with a range of IT applications and softwareA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
