Based in our stylish Robina Office on the Gold Coast, work within the busy Building Support Queensland team providing support, assisting them with their day to day tasks and assist with the general construction administration and duties.
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Provide great customer service through creating a sense of urgency and being pro-activeFast and accurate data entryEnsuring all filing and scanning is completed in an accurate and timely mannerAssist with the General Construction Administration and DutiesPromote and observe Company Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures; andDemonstrate honest, open communication, willingness for competency growth and respect.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a fast paced administration role desirableExperience using the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)Highly developed and professional interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlinesKnowledge of the building process is desirable but not essential
