Reporting to the Sales and Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs + offering tailored Dual Occ solutions
  • Manag high-volume digital enquiry and following up leads with urgency and care
  • Conduct suitability analysis of property and blocks for Dual Occ development
  • Promote Metricon’s land access opportunities across key growth corridors in Victoria
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding contract targets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience thrughout the building journey
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including land agents, developers, brokers, and local influencers.
