This fast-paced role, based in the fun and stylish Robina Office, is responsible for the process and management of Service & Warranty claim requests from our customers who have recently settled into their new Metricon home. No two days are the same and no two customers are the same, so learn each and everyday on the job and come for a career whilst increasing your construction knowledge. Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Processing and organising service requests and warranty claimsProviding administrative support to the Service and Warranty InspectorsEmail inbox management – responding in a timely mannerReceiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerReviewing and approving supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner for payment; andDemonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience and passion for customer service is essentialExperience in a similar role or in the building industryBuilding knowledge would be an advantage either in the industry currently, built before or know how to read plans / contractsProven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environmentExceptional communication and time management skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills and a fast learnerA positive attitude and team player; andAbility to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
