This is a highly rewarding but challenging role for a driven Sales Associate to join our Display Sales Team. This is a permanent full time position. Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am to 5pm. Work across a number of display villages in rotation.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the Adelaide Sales team with display coverage and the State Sales Manager/Regional Manager with Sales Activities
  • Meet and greet prospective clients and answer general inquiries
  • Promote the Metricon Iconic Brand and products, helping to drive potential sales
  • Provide general assistance to the New Home Advisor in the display or loval events as required
  • Record client details via our database
  • Maintain the appearance and general tidiness of the display home
  • Compile and restock marketing related materials
  • Booking client meetings and appointments.
  • Providing sales administration support
  • Opening and closing of display centres and maintaining flawless presentation
  • Promote Metricon as a builder of choice in and around the Adelaide Area
  • Sourcing leads and distributing marketing material; and
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a similar position within real estate or new home sales or a face to face customer service, sales or retail environment
  • Someone who is approachable, helpful and most of all confident in their ability to comfortably interact with a diverse range of customers from all different backgrounds and walks of life
  • Offer the best Customer Service when you first engage, to then Customer Manage them whilst give them the best Customer Experience that they commit, remember you or refer you
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and customer focused
  • Experience within the home building or a related industry desirable
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
