We are currently seeking a driven and attention-to-detail focused individual to join our professional Permits Team.

Based in our stylish, fun, family environment Robina Office on the Gold Coast, work within the Pre-Site Operational Team, supporting our Queensland and Northern NSW customers with their pre-build process. You will also work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating and Pre-Site Managers to help our customer’s journey to site. We are seeking a “can-do attitude” with an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn.
Reporting to the Permits, Covenants and Contracts Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation, Issuing and Signing Contracts
  • Liaise with Developers on land registration updates
  • Lodgement of Covenant applications, processing RFIs in order to obtain Covenant Approval
  • Order Soil & Contour Reports as well as manage the receipt of relevant reports and engineering
  • Managing Building Applications to the certifier; through to Building Approval; and
  • Problem solving challenges that arise during approval process.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Ability to read and articulate building plans would be an advantage but not required
  • Well-developed communication and time management / prioritisation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skill
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
  • Customer focused, ensuring we have our customer’s best interest front of mind; and
  • A great attitude and team player, willing to go the extra mile to assist your team.
