Reporting to the Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Strong communicator with proven ability to engage and inspire audiences through group facilitation and presentationDevelop and implement ongoing training and support to our sales teamLiaise with the relevant stakeholders to improve systems and processesPerformance for SuccessBuilding PartnershipsCustomer FocusLeading through Vision & ValuesOrganisational AwarenessPersonal Awareness & leadership; andDecision Making.

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years in New Home SalesMinimum of 2 years experience in the volume home building industryFormal qualification in training, business or similar discipline well regardedAbility to motivate participants and deliver engaging learning to diverse groups High level of facilitation, consultation, communication & coaching skillsConsiderable hands-on experience in designing and delivering learning programsDemonstrated ability and commitment to driving learning outcomes to benefit our customers and peopleExceptional industry networking & communication skillsWell-developed organisational capabilitiesExperience working with a range of IT applications and software; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
