This is a highly rewarding role operating within our Head Office and Display networks across Metro and Regional Victoria, reporting into the National Sales Strategy Consultant.

Reporting to the Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to engage and inspire audiences through group facilitation and presentation
  • Develop and implement ongoing training and support to our sales team
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to improve systems and processes

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years in New Home Sales
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the volume home building industry
  • Formal qualification in training, business or similar discipline well regarded
  • Ability to motivate participants and deliver engaging learning to diverse groups
  • High level of facilitation, consultation, communication & coaching skills
  • Considerable hands-on experience in designing and delivering learning programs
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to driving learning outcomes to benefit our customers and people
  • Exceptional industry networking & communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational capabilities
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
