We are currently seeking a driven and motivated individual with a focus to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Order / Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, SurveysIssue Contract Tenders and Contract DrawingsOrder slab computations / structural computationsOrder acoustic reportsLodgement of all Developer Covenant ApprovalsLodgement and receipting of all Council applications through our private certifiersAssist in the workflow and management of customer files within the departmentReceive and file digital surveys from third party providersManage the acceptance of drafting/engineering documentation from external providers; andManage the Permits Inbox daily.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience using database systems is an added advantageAchieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of qualityAbility to read and articulate building plans and specifications would be an advantageWell-developed communication and time management/prioritisation skillsIntermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skillsHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
