ABC Homes is enjoying strong growth, and we require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in our beautifully presented ABC Baringa (Aura Estate), Sunshine Coast Display Home, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door. We have the Eden 23 with Eden 23 Polo Facade to show off and be the expert and go to when someone things of building a new home in the area.
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center
  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
  • Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; and
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.
