This is an exciting opportunity for a customer orientated pre-site coordinator to join a reputable builder located in our Robina office.
Reporting to the Pre-site Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage your customer expectations as the main point of contact during their pre-site stageEnsure they’re aware on the status of their home during this processDeliver exceptional customer service and the best experience, build and maintain customer relationshipsMaintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project detailsLiaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when requiredEnsuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilationConsistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; andAssist with all Customer Support related tasks.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience working within an account management or customer management role ideally within residential building or similar or built a home / renovationUnderstanding residential contracts and plans or come from a supplier or real estate would be an advantageAbility to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and employeesOrganised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities and communicate with a range of departments when required; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
