Contracts Administrator - Metricon Homes Qld.

Due to growth in the business, this full time role - located in our Stylish State of the Art Robina Office within the Pre-Site team - will see you providing administrative support; establishing and maintaining accurate documentation in order to assist in meeting customer's expectations. Whilst liaising with the team as a whole and external suppliers for documentation/orders.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Issuing Preliminary and Building Contracts in agreed timeframesAccept and counter sign Building Contracts in agreed timeframesPrepare Preliminary and Building Contracts ‘Essential Information’ document based on workflow memo from drafting and estimatingEnsure ‘Essential Information’ provides all relevant information to the Sales Consultant and customerProjects as nominated by Permits ManagerAdhere to company procedures for the contracts functionsProvide an action plan for resolution of any issues from customers arising and follow up with your team to ensure each issue is addressed

The successful candidate will have:
Relevant experience in a similar role within a time critical working environmentDemonstrated knowledge of the Building Regulations and Rescode would be an advantageHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activitiesWorking knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantageHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environmentIntermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills;Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
