Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

Reconciliation for Warranty Insurance Refunds

Job costing clearing account transfer

Job WIP and Progress billing clearing account Maintenance

Prepare Service and Warranty Report

Assist with Audit Requirements

Ad hoc projects as directed from time to time

Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, profitability of the business

Stakeholders: Ensure that relationships with all internal customers are maintained or improved

The successful candidate will have:

Tertiary qualified in Finance

Currently studying towards CPA or CA would be an advantage

Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role within a fast paced environment

Working knowledge of accounting/finance processes and details

Advanced level of MS Excel and Reporting experience within a commercial background

Ability to work autonomously with a positive and innovative approach to all tasks undertaken
