Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Reconciliation for Warranty Insurance Refunds
  • Job costing clearing account transfer
  • Job WIP and Progress billing clearing account Maintenance
  • Prepare Service and Warranty Report
  • Assist with Audit Requirements
  • Ad hoc projects as directed from time to time
  • Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, profitability of the business
  • Stakeholders: Ensure that relationships with all internal customers are maintained or improved

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Tertiary qualified in Finance
  • Currently studying towards CPA or CA would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role within a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of accounting/finance processes and details
  • Advanced level of MS Excel and Reporting experience within a commercial background
  • Ability to work autonomously with a positive and innovative approach to all tasks undertaken
