We’re seeking a customer-focused, detail-driven Service & Warranty Manager to lead our Service & Warranty team. Drawing on your trade background and strong customer focus, you will oversee all service and warranty works, ensuring performance, quality, and best-practice standards are consistently maintained.
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Service & Warranty team
  • Lead weekly workflow meetings with scheduler and team leader to track progress and drive job closures
  • Plan and review scheduler workloads to ensure alignment with targets
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members
  • Motivate the team to achieve customer service objectives
  • Coordinate all works required within the service and warranty period
  • Develop and maintain a reliable trades base
  • Continuously review and improve building practices and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with cost-management requirements
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused, team-oriented culture
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure customer appointments are scheduled
  • Provide support to the Construction Team as needed or directed by the State Building Manager

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • A trade background in the construction industry is essential
  • Working knowledge of the residential home volume building industry is highly desirable
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service/contact role with exceptional customer service
  • Strong knowledge of standards and tolerances
  • Experience working in a time critical environment
  • Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes and regulations
  • The ability to read and understand plans and contracts is an advantage
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with variety of activities.
