This is a "ONCE IN A LIFETIME" Full Time role in our high performing and incredibly supportive and fun Service & Warranty team, handling our new customers who have already settled in and around the Hervey Bay Area.

Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Handle our Hervey Bay Surrounding area customers who have already settled to do their 90 day serviceReview customer raised items and schedule works prior to attending inspectionConduct inspection and fix and carry out any required works using your tools provided in your company vehicleAssess and evaluate all items on checklist inspections, while clearly explaining any disqualified items to the customerLog, take photos and update all your works via the mobile CRM for each service item, while providing concise notes as requiredEnsure all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to ensure matters raised are resolved satisfactorilyAccurately document and report on common construction items found during inspections for product and build process improvement; andEnsure that the relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents and contractors are maintained and improved.

The successful candidate will have:
A trade background in the residential construction industry is essential ideally in carpentryExperience in a customer service/contact roleWorking knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulationsThe ability to read and understand plansWorking knowledge of the residential home building industry; andA professional and proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
