Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
  • Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
  • Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you
  • Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability
  • Scheduling and meeting trades on site
  • Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients
  • Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices; and
  • Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.
  • Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and
  • Hand over your customers keys and settlement pack to your customer. No better feeling

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Ballarat candidates preferred
  • Experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
  • Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades
  • A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Well versed in new homes contracts
  • The ability to communicate professionally, prioritize and meet deadlines; and
  • Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
