We are currently seeking a driven and attention-to-detail focused individual to join our talented Queensland building team!
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • General Administration for the construction business unit
  • Workflow management including: monitoring workflow updates, Quality Assurance administration, and CCTV & Drainage administration
  • Complete business unit reporting, including daily and weekly updates
  • Liaising with Metricon department teams to forecast site starts (including construction managers, estimators and permit teams) while entering dates into relevant systems (BusinessCraft, MWEB portal, ClickHome)
  • Become familiar with the Strategic Plan and assist with co-ordination of actions either through the activities which have been delegated or through proactive initiative
  • Completing projects nominated by your managers while ensuring they are completed in full and on time
  • Ensure our customers are treated with respect and their queries / concerns are addressed with a sense of urgency
  • Day to day management of office duties

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experienced in a fast paced administration role
  • Strong experience in a customer service with a conflict resolution management focus
  • Advanced skills using the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Highly developed and professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of the building process is highly desirable
